Larson’s Garden Center has something for everyone!
Our landscape design and maintenance proposals are custom-made to suit your needs, vision, and budget. Whether you are looking to install a brand-new garden, would like assistance with pruning and mulching, or wish to completely revamp your environment, our team is versatile and can handle a variety of landscaping projects!
Below is an outline of our landscape design/maintenance process:
Step 1. Site Visits
Designer Walk/Talk at Your Property
Meet with one of our experienced designers on site at your property to begin your landscaping journey! During your site visit, our landscape designers will discuss the project while walking the grounds, review the area that is to be landscaped, and take measurements. This is your opportunity to collaborate with our designers to create a project that is crafted specifically with your goals and budget in mind.
Site visits typically take 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the scale of the project.
If a detailed design is requested, additional visits and a design fee will be required.
Step 2. Proposals
Following your site visit, your designers will compile all of the information they have gathered, from your preferences to the layout of your property, to create a proposal that is specifically crafted just for you! We will email a comprehensive written document that describes their plans for the project based on the specifications and design concept discussed during your site visit.
Step 3. Proposal Approval, Payment, and Scheduling
Once you are satisfied that our proposal reflects your needs, we will move forward to the next stage, which is approval, payment, and scheduling. Upon your confirmation, we ask that you sign the proposal document and pay the deposit fee, which will be approximately 50% of the grand total (actual deposit pricing and final payment will be outlined in the proposal document).
When we receive your signed proposal and deposit, we will move on to ordering materials and scheduling! Landscaping jobs are typically scheduled to take place a few weeks after receipt of the deposit.
Step 4. Performing Your Installation/Maintenance
Our expert designers will collaborate with our team on the day of your installation/maintenance to ensure that your project is completed beautifully and in a timely manner. The designers will be present on site to ensure that the design layout and nuances are completed as planned. Our experienced crew will install and make your transformation come alive. Once the installation is complete, the final payment is due. It’s now time for you to enjoy your newest dream come true!
