Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must be outstanding in customer service
Strong communication and teamwork skills - Have a desire to help people achieve their dreams.
- Knowledge of local perennials/trees/ shrubs/annuals preferred or passion for plants
- Must be organized, able to accomplish task driven objectives.
- Have proactive thinking and behaivors.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, hot, cold, wet, dry, …
- Proficient in the written and spoken English language
- Extremely comfortable starting and maintaining engaging conversations with others
- Ability to lift/move 50 pounds and be on your feet, in motion for the whole shift
- Ability to operate a skid steer (if old enough)
- Must have a valid drivers license, or a reliable means of transport
