Since every good clubhouse needs a manifesto (and a warning for the neighbors), here is a “Member’s Oath” and a “House Rules” sign to hang right next to the potting bench.
The Grower’s Clubhouse Member’s Oath
“I, [Insert Name], do solemnly swear to respect the soil and the sound. I promise to never skip a beat or a seedling, to keep my hands dirty and my playlist loud, and to remember that if the music is too loud, the plants probably like it that way. I accept that what happens in the dirt, stays in the dirt.”
🌿 Clubhouse Rules 🌿
- No Music, No Mud: If the speakers aren’t on, the seeds aren’t going in.
- The “Pot-Head” Policy: Empty pots are a crime. Fill ’em up.
- Respect the Rhythm: Drumming on the side of a plastic pot is encouraged.
- Dress Code: If you aren’t wearing at least three different types of dirt, are you even working?
- Song Requests: The lead planter has full “Aux Cord” privileges.
- No Judgment: We don’t care if you sing to the sprouts—just make sure you’re in key.

Ralph manages all of the growing activities and is experienced when it comes to implementing any needed growing strategy. Believe me BETWEEN managing fluctuating temps, developing the right soil combination, selecting the right pods, right amount of light and shade, watering and pest control he is the GOAT!
